Tiddesley Woods

A semi-natural ancient woodland, this is the source of the Pershore Plum.

Tiddesley Wood provides a natural backdrop to Pershore and its abbey. The wood is almost certainly much older than Pershore Abbey, as it has probably been wooded since the last ice age over 6,000 years ago! Beautiful displays of spring flowers.
