This extensive area of flood meadow is used for recreational purposes most of the year. Parking in the summer and football in the winter. It hosts a variety of events through the year from fairs to the huge fishing festival in August. It runs from Abbey Park Evesham and the rowing club to the east along to the Bridge at the A44.

Lime trees shade the riverside walk along the Avon.

Footpaths under the bridge lead to viaduct meadow (car park and toilets) and then onto Corporation Meadow.

Useful Information

Parking – On the meadow itself in the summer and on the reinforced section of the meadow at the far end by the Rowing Club in winter (severe flooding excepted). Dog Waste – Poop scoop bins provided. Please collect up after your dog.
