‘Producing the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow’ with Robert Arley

Robert Arley’s talk, ‘Producing the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow’ – How 100 experts turn an unpredictable day of location filming into a smooth Sunday evening show, will shed some light on this popular and long-running TV programme.

Robert is a retired television producer and director, and has worked for a number of TV channels. From the BBC Bristol studios, Robert directed ‘The Antiques Roadshow’, ‘Flog It’ and ‘Bargain Hunt’ over many years. He lives in Herefordshire and enjoys revealing behind-the-scenes stories from his “hairy” years as a broadcast location director.
