The fun starts at 10am on Abbey Park, with a farmers’ market and other stalls, lots of children’s activities including face-painting; pony rides; kick ‘n stick and Punch and Judy shows, have a go at tennis and rugby, static engine display and funfair. There will be a wide selection of delicious food and drink available. The procession of floats, this year themed around musicals, sets off at midday. There will be live music on the park throughout the afternoon with Somebody At the Door samba band, i-Sing Choir, the lovely Loren Howland and popular local band Route 33 and there will be a fun dog show run by Blue Cross.
