‘More From the Family Tree’

Featuring Sue Ablett, Galen Bartholomew and Noelle Chambers, and following on from last year’s very popular event when they ‘shook the family tree’. A year on we have all made lots more fascinating findings from our family history delving, and we look forward to sharing some of them.

Noelle will be talking about several family members who found their way into ‘watery graves’; Galen will bring family history to life, sharing some pleasures and pitfalls from his latest family research; and Sue will touch on a miscellany of findings, including how she traced her Huguenot ancestry, and the results of some particularly dogged detective work about a missing family member, and all that the search threw up. You certainly couldn’t make that one up! The search would have done Sherlock Holmes proud!
