Rebecca Lee is the author of How Words Get Good: The Story of Making a Book, and an editorial manager at Penguin Random House. She has spent twenty years managing hundreds of high-profile books from delivery of manuscript to finished copies, signing off millions of words as fit to go to print with only the occasional regret.

Join us to hear how an idea gets from an author’s head onto your bookshelves. Rebecca will also share some of the challenges of working in publishing, while at the same time embarking on a new life as an author.
