Peopleton Autumn Show

The Peopleton Autumn Show will be held at the Village Hall and adjacent playing fields from 12.00 till 18.00hrs on the 7th September this year. Free car parking is provided and entry costs £5, free for under 16s.
There will be fun for all the family at this traditional village event. There will be circa 200 Classic Cars and trucks, live music from local bands and musicians, a beer tent, hot and cold food, with the local WI serving breakfasts, along with tea and cakes in the afternoon.

Competitions will be held for the best locally produced fruit, vegetables, flowers,cakes, jams, pies, paintings and photographs.
Numerous craft and other stalls will be available as well as sales of toys, books, bric a brac, a raffle with big prizes, tombola, locallly produced Peopleton cider, honey bee display, cheeses, jewelry, greeting cards etc.

Activities are continuous throughout the day in the arena ranging from displays by the Peopleton Zumba club, dog training and handling, organised children’s games, circus skills, archery, tug of war (children’s and adults) along with two large bouncy castles.

Proceeds from the show are donated to good causes within Peopleton, such as the Parochial church, Scouts and Brownies, and maintenance of the village hall.
