Ashton under Hill will be welcoming visitors back to the beautiful undiscovered, unspoiled Cotswolds for its 45th annual Open Gardens event in 2024.

Our beautiful village of Ashton under Hill is situated in the south of the county of Worcestershire, England, at the eastern end of Bredon Hill and overlooking the Vale of Evesham nestling on the North Western edge of the Cotswold Hills.

We expect to have at least 24 gardens fully open, including some which you can see for the first time, plus a number of addition open front gardens which can be viewed from the path.

Light lunches and cream teas will be available, with teas in several locations throughout the village and a full menu in our village pub, The Star. Also there will be a Fizz Bar and ice creams available in the village.

We look forward to welcoming you to our internationally popular village event.

Proceeds support the local church, the village Community Centre, local schools and village organisations.

Plant sales
Quality plants from local nurseries will be on sale in our renowned Plantsman’s Market. There will be other garden themed stalls and produce for sale.

Dogs welcome on leads.

Cost
For adults £8.00 in advance from our Eventbrite site below or on the day. Children and under 16s free. Further discounts available for pre-booked groups – please contact us through our website.

On the day, please purchase from one of the sales points at the entry to the village, the Village Hall or at the main car park. Tickets include a free illustrated programme and use of a shuttle bus around the village.

Ashton under Hill is about 5 miles south of Evesham, clearly sign-posted, just off the main A46 Evesham/Cheltenham Road.
