Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week, countywide, 16th-25th August 2025

The 2025 Art Week will mark the 10th Anniversary of Worcestershire Open Studios, and its organisers are hoping to make it a standout year, both in terms of the number of participating artists and the visitors who attend. After taking a hiatus in 2024 due to changes in its organisational structure, Worcestershire Open Studios is returning with renewed energy following a successful event in 2023, which attracted around 12,500 visits across 97 venues.

This year, the event has been renamed Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week to reflect its expanded offerings. In addition to the long-standing tradition of visiting artists and makers in their creative spaces, the event will also feature demonstrations and workshops that highlight the diverse talent in the region.

“We’re excited to bring Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week back for its 10th Anniversary, and we hope to make it the biggest and best year yet,” said Anna Cumming, one of the event organisers. “After a brief pause, it’s inspiring to see such strong enthusiasm from both artists and visitors. The event truly showcases the creativity and diversity of our local artistic community, and we can’t wait to celebrate that once again.”

Worcestershire Open Studios Art Week has become a much-anticipated event in the region’s cultural calendar, attracting thousands of visitors each year. Whether showcasing fine art, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, or other forms of craftsmanship, the event allows attendees to connect directly with local artists and gain insight into their creative processes.

Printed guides will also be distributed at key locations around the county starting in mid-July.
