This is the perfect course for anyone looking to make bread for the first time, or to add recipes and ideas to their bread journey.

During this course, you will be making a Fruit Soda Bread, Focaccia and Pretzels. As with all our courses, lots of hints and tips will be provided along the way!

The course starts at 11.00am and finishes at 2.00pm and includes:

Arrival filter coffee/tea.
All of the ingredients required for the course.
A recipe pack.
A tasting lunch – you will be eating the breads that the Chef bakes, along with a selection of dips and dressings.
Everything that you prepare/cook can be taken home to share with family and friends!

£109.00 per person OR £150.00 for two people sharing a workstation and ONE set of ingredients.
